Teresa is ACE’s Senior Head of HR and Operations, she supports the team ensuring a smooth functioning organization.

Teresa has 15 years of diverse Human Resources and Management experience. Previously, Teresa worked at a community health center in San Francisco which inspired her to utilize her human resources and management knowledge to help the population that was most vulnerable and underserved. She has personally strived to live an eco-friendly lifestyle and spread the word regarding environmental challenges and climate change.

Teresa is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). In her free time, Teresa enjoys cooking, biking, traveling, and taking scenic trips to the mountains.
