Before the ACE Assembly: Lesson Plans and Teacher Prep

After scheduling your ACE Assembly, we'll send you a confirmation email and more info on how ACE supports student-led climate projects at your school.

We've put together the following resources to help prepare for the ACE Assembly:

PRE-ACE ASSEMBLY LESSON PLAN: CARBON FOOTPRINT

This lesson plan, offered through CLEAN (Climate Literacy & Energy Awareness Network), allows students to calculate their family’s carbon footprint and the class footprint online through the EPA’s carbon footprint calculator. The lesson takes approximately 2 45-minute class periods and computer access is needed. Check it out >>
