Carboard Recycling
We are collecting and recycling cardboard everyday from the kitchen here at Greeley Central. We load it up in a truck on Friday afternoons and take it to the recycle center.
Project Steps:
Talked to the kitchen staff about where they could store the cardboard so that we could pick it up on Fridays. They had nowhere to store it so we talked to the woodshop teacher, who said that we cold store the cardboard in his room until Friday. Then two students, Anthony Jackson and Efrain Villegas, volunteered to collect the cardboard everyday after the last lunch and take it to the woodshop. Ms. Mock-Murphy volunteered to be the transportation/hauler to get the cardboard to the recycling center on Fridays.
