This is a guest post from Reily Shields, a media production student at DeKalb School of the Arts, and part of our Less Meat March blog series.
I created this stop-motion video to encourage my generation to eat healthy. I have always loved stop-motion video because it is just you, the camera and the object. When making this video, I didn’t realize how difficult it would be to move food around. Apparently, celery does not like to stand up and neither does broccoli and this caused a lot of frustration, but when you do a stop motion video with food you can’t stop once you started because the food will spoil. I ended up spending 5 hours non-stop and was very grateful when it was all done.
I hope everyone enjoys the video, and don’t forget to eat healthy!
